Goa (a former Portuguese Colony) is a state in the southwest coast of India. Goa’s primary business is tourism. Goa is visited by large numbers of international and domestic tourists each year because of its white-sand beaches, active nightlife, places of worship, and World Heritage-listed architecture.  

Goa Tango Community (GTC) is a young and relatively new tango community which has been active over the last 7-10 years, primarily through events in North Goa in smaller gatherings, with occasional events in the rest of Goa.

Goa Tango Community is an informal group run by volunteer dancers with passion for dancing and growing the community of dancers. All the events organized by the community are non-profit events, where the community tries to find a good balance of elegance, ambience, and vibe and pricing.
